Abstract

Nghiên cứu nhằm xây dựng thẻ điểm cân bằng (Balanced Scored Card- BSC) cho Công ty Vàng bạc đá quý Phú Nhuận (Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company- PNJ) dựa trên bốn khía cạnh/ viễn cảnh cốt lõi là Tài chính; Khách hàng; Quy trình nội bộ và Đào tạo và phát triển, với các trọng số và các yếu tố cấu thành. Sử dụng kết quả hoạt động sản xuất, kinh doanh của PNJ 2012 - 2014, nghiên cứu đánh giá quá trình thực hiện chiến lược của PNJ theo BSC, qua đó, nhận diện được các yếu tố và mức độ tác động của từng yếu tố đến quá trình thực hiện chiến lược của PNJ. Nghiên cứu cung cấp thông tin hữu ích để PNJ xây dựng các giải pháp cụ thể, phù hợp để nâng cao hiệu quả công tác quản trị chiến lược.
