Abstract

Dalam sebuah organisasi akan membutuhkan sebuah manajemen yang baik dan tepat. Koperasi tentu memiliki sistem manajemen yang terlibat didalamnya dan di dalam manajemen ini pasti ada beberapa individu yang berperan untuk menjalankan sistem manajemen atau memimpin sebuah lembaga kepada titik kesuksesan. Dalam manajemen terdapat istilah menejer dan pengurus. Hal tersebut akan selalu terlibat dalam system manajemen dimana manager yang akan bertindak sebagai seorang pemimpin di dalam manajemen itu dan pengurus yang bertindak sebagai para pengelola dan pelaksana kegiatan-kegiatan yang telah direncanakan
