Abstract

Digitalisasi yang semakin meningkat telah mempengaruhi bisnis model perusahaan. Digitalisasi yang memberikan peluang menjanjikan kepada perusahaan, secara bersamaan juga memberikan tantangan-tantangan baru bagi perusahaan itu sendiri. Karya tulis ini menggunakan metode literature review atau tinjauan pustaka, dimana penulis mengumpulkan dan mempelajari jurnal- jurnal dari internet.
