Abstract

Ambidexterity adalah kemampuan organisasi untuk berinovasi secara eksploratif dan eksploitatif. Bisnis yang didorong oleh penemuan menghadapi risiko membuang-buang sumber daya untuk ide-ide yang mungkin tidak terbukti berguna atau tidak pernah berkembang. Sebaliknya, semua perusahaan pertambangan hanya menerima kinerja dan produk berdasarkan status quo dan tidak mencapai tingkat keberhasilan yang optimal. Kinerja suatu organisasi diukur dengan pencapaian tujuan tertentu dalam dua periode tertentu.
