H&M atau yang merupakan kepanjangan dari Hennes & Mauritz adalah sebuah perusahaan (retail) dalam bidang fashion yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 1947 dan telah memiliki gerai di 62 negara. H&M merupakan perusahaan retail fashion yang menyediakan berbagai macam produk fashion yang dapat digunakan baik oleh perempuan, laki-laki, maupun anak-anak. H&M menggambarkan bisnisnya melalui Business Model Canvas berikut
