Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) pada Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kota Tarakan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Setda Kota Tarakan. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian survei karena menggunakan populasi dan sampel sehingga ditemukan kejadian-kejadian dan hubungan antar konstruk. Populasi penelitian pegawai Setda Kota Tarakan berjumlah 195 orang, seluruhnya dijadikan sampel (sampel jenuh). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial dengan menggunakan The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dari paket software statistik Lisrel dan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor Setda Kota Tarakan.
