Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan serta pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan menganalisis proses pengambilan keputusan yang diterapkan oleh PT PELNI (Persero) Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif yang mengambil sampel dari suatu populasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT PELNI (Persero) Surabaya, sehingga jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan 50 Responden. Teknik Pengambilan Sempel menggunakan Non probality sampling yang termasuk dalam Sampling Purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan demokrasi dan pengambilan keputusan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT PELNI (Persero) Surabaya.
