Analisis Kebijakan Peningkatan Produksi Padi Sawah Di Kabupaten Langkat

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efisiensi penggunaan factor-fakor produksi pada usahatani padi sawah peserta PTT. Sampel penelitian adalah usahatani padi sawah di Desa Lubuk Bayas dan Lubuk Rotan Kecamatan Perbaungan. Analisa data menggunakan rasio nilai produk marginal (NPM) dengan harga faktor produksi (HFP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (i) penggunaan faktor produksi lahan, pupuk anorganik dan tenaga kerja belum efisien; (ii) penggunaan faktor produksi pupuk organik dan pestisida tidak efisien; dan (iii) penggunaan faktor produksi benih sudah hampir efisien.
