Abstract

Desenvolvimento de um plano de negócio sobre cervejaria artesanal como forma investigativa da viabilidade de instalação em Recife, por intermédio de uma estratégia desenvolvida no plano de gestão, através de ferramentas como o Business Canvas, análise SWOT e análise de mercado para desenhar o escopo da empresa. Da mesma forma, complementa o estudo um plano jurídico abordando a questão tributária para analisar os limites a ser respeitados. O plano de marketing abordará a visão estratégica e tática através do 6P’s (produto, preço, praça, promoção, pessoas e processos), um plano de operações que demonstra o andamento de áreas internas de trabalho. Finalizando um plano financeiro que avalia a viabilidade econômico-financeira da empresa e o retorno do investimento.
