Abstract

Kerjasama, atau kooperasi merujuk pada praktik seseorang atau kelompok yang lebih besar yang bekerja di khayalak dengan tujuan atau kemungkinan metode yang disetujui bersama. Kerjasama Koperasi adalah hubungan antara perkumpulan yang beranggotakan orang-orang atau badan-badan hukum, baik antara koperasi dengan koperasi maupun koperasi dengan bukan koperasi dan di bidang usaha atau bukan di bidang usaha, karena membutuhkan bantuan orang lain atau organisasi lain dalam rangka meningkatkan kegiatan usahannya. Koperasi Di Indonesia bekerjasama dengan baik dengan sesama koperasi maupun dengan badan usaha lain yang bukan koperasi. Kerjasama dibidang usaha antar koperasi dapat dilakukan dengan cara membentuk organisasi baru yang berbadan hukum. Adapun kerja sama koperasi dengan pihak lain dapat dibagi tiga, yaitu : kerja sama di bidang usaha antarkoperasi, kerja sama bukan di bidang usaha antarkoperasi, dan kerja sama koperasi dengan bukan koperasi.
