Abstract

Persepsi peran Persepsi peran: sejauh mana seseorang memahami tugas pekerjaan yang diberikan atau diharapkan darinya ada dalam 3 bentuk: Karyawan memiliki persepsi peran yang jelas ketiak mereka memahami secara spesifik tugas atau konsekuensi yangmenjadi tanggung jawab mereka. Kejelasan peran muncul Ketika karyawan memahami prioritas berbagai tugas merekatugas dan harapan kinerja kejelasan Peran adalah tentang memahami perilaku yang disukai menyelesaikan tugas Peran diberi persepsi pentingkarena mewakili seberapa baik karyawan mengetahui kemana harus mengarahkan usahanya, karyawan bekerja lebih akurat dan efisien.
