Abstract

Pengaruh Pengetahuan dan Sikap terhadap keputusan konsumen dan menggunakan perhiasan batu akik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Pengetahuan dan Sikap terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam memilih perhiasan Batu Akik. Metode Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reabilitas, analisis deskriptif kualitatif, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji T, Uji F, dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear berganda telah dilakukan analisis data mengenai pengaruh Pengetahuan dan Sikap terhadap keputusan Konsumen dalam memilih perhiasan batu akik . Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif antara latar belakang Pengetahuan dan Sikap terhadap keputusan Konsumen dalam memilih perhiasan batu akik. Sedangkan melalui pengujian hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa Pengetahuan dan Sikap berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam memilih perhiasan batu akik.
