Abstract

Chatime merupakan penyedia minuman brewed tea asal Taiwan yang menghadirkan lebih dari 50 varian rasa. Di Indonesia, Chatime merupakan salah satu bisnis unit di bawah payung Kawan Lama Group yang telah hadir sejak tahun 2011. Saat ini Chatime sudah tersebar di 60 kota dan memiliki kurang lebih 400 gerai. Sejak hadir di Indonesia pada tahun 2011 sampai sekarang bisnis ini terus bertahan bahkan semakin berkembang, dilihat dari bertambahnya gerai yang semakin banyak. Bahkan jumlah gerai yang ada di Indonesia melebihi jumlah yang ada di negara asalnya yaitu Taiwan. Konsep gerai yang unik dan minimalis dapat menarik perhatian konsumen, selain itu pelayanan yang diberikan juga selalu memuaskan.
