Abstract

Teknologi informasi saat ini sangat diperlukan bagi perusahaan untuk mengaplikasikan penggunaan teknologi untuk kemajuan perusahaan. Sumber daya suatu organisasi perusahaan, terutama karyawan, harus memiliki keahlian digital di tempat kerja untuk membantu perubahan teknologi dan ketidakpastian lingkungan demi keberlanjutan dan kinerja. Karyawan merupakaN asset penting bagi organisasi untuk mencapai visi dan misi perusahaan. Kelincahan dan pengalaman digital dari sumber daya manusia organisasi dapat membantu menciptakan kemampuan karyawan untuk melakukan dan mencapai tujuan mereka. Kelincahan pekerja di perusahaan dapat ditingkatkan melalui design thinking, analisis yang stabil terhadap orang-orang di tempat kerja, dan transformasi. Dalam lingkungan yang tidak pasti dan dengan kemajuan teknologi, organisasi harus bisa mengatasi hambatan kinerja untuk mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif. Hambatan kinerja dan gangguan digital dapat terjadi di dalam teknologi itu sendiri, masyarakat, dan model bisnis yang berdampak pada datangnya pekerjaan, yang membutuhkan kelincahan dan keahlian digital dari karyawan.
