Abstract

As is known, French President Emmanuel Macron and German Federal Chancellor Angela Merkel signed on 22 January 2019 a new “Treaty on Franco-German Cooperation and Integration” in Aachen. Chapter 3 of the Treaty bears the title of “Culture, Education, Research and Mobility.” Article 9 of Chapter 3 refers to integrated cultural institutes. ...
