Sự hài lòng của sinh viên đối với chất lượng dịch vụ đào tạo hệ Vừa làm vừa học tại UFM

Abstract

Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm: (1) đo lường mức độ hài lòng của sinh viên về chất lượng dịch vụ đào tạo hệ vừa làm vừa học (VLVH) Trường Đại học Tài Chính – Marketing (UFM); (2) điều chỉnh thang đo và mô hình được đề xuất tại hệ VLVH từ mô hình SERVQUAL; (3) kiểm tra sự khác biệt về mức độ hài lòng của sinh viên theo các yếu tố nhân khẩu học. Nghiên cứu định lượng được thực hiện dựa trên khảo sát 360 sinh viên, công cụ Cronbach’s alpha, EFA và phân tích hồi quy bội được sử dụng, với phần mềm SPSS 16.0. Kết quả đã đưa ra được mô hình sự hài lòng của sinh viên gồm 05 nhân tố: (1) đội ngũ giảng viên, (2) cơ sở vật chất, (3) khả năng thực hiện cam kết, (4) sự quan tâm của nhà trường và (5) độ tin cậy. Từ đó, nghiên cứu đề xuất các giải pháp đến nhà trường nhằm nâng cao sự hài lòng của sinh viên.
