Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mutasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Universitas Sulawesi Barat dan mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Universitas Sulawesi Barat. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 10 bulan (Maret - Desember 2016) di PTN. Universitas Sulawesi Barat. Luaran yang direncanakan yaitu rekayasa sosial berupa model kebijakan dalam mengembangkan sistem kepegawaian di Universitas Sulawesi Barat. Luaran Kedua yaitu berupa artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan di jurnal berISSN. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan metode sensus semua data pegawai yang mutasi di Universitas Sulawesi Barat. Teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui kuisioner dan wawancara, sedangkan analisis data dengan menggunakan software SPSS dengan analisis Regresi Berganda.
