Abstract

Marley’s Cafe Coffee And Resto adalah cafe yang terletak di Jalan Gatot Subroto No. 6 Bandar Lampung. Dalam menjalankan usahanya Marley’s Cafe dihadapkan pada masalah tentang pengaruh country of origin terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi bisnis apakah yang dapat dilakukan Marley’s cafe coffe and resto untuk menghadapi ketatnya persaingan di Bandar Lampung tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui strategi bisnis yang tepat untuk meningkatkan penjualan pada Marley’s Cafe Coffee And Resto. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskritif kualitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuisioner Alat analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, And Threat). Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa analisis matrik SWOT dan diagram cartesius SWOT dihasilkan strategi SO mempunyai skor nilai tertinggi yaitu 4,79 dan berada kuardan I (Growth Oriented Strenght).
