Abstract

Meskipun prinsip penyusunan kebijakan negara merupakan bidang kajian di dalam program studi Ilmu Administrasi Negara, tetapi sangat penting diketahui oleh engineer maupun sarjana/doctor bidang-bidang lain, karena kita semua adalah warganegara suatu bangsa yang wajib mengetahui kebijakan-kebijakan negara maupun proses penyusunannya, khususnya pada mata kuliah “Ekonomi, Bisnis, Regulasi dan Kebijakan Telekomunikasi”, adalah yang terkait dengan Kebijakan Negara di Bidang Telekomunikasi.
