Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pemilihan Lokasi Pabrik PT Sung Chang Indonesia Kota Banjar

Abstract

Penentuan lokasi usaha merupakan kegiatan yang tidaklah mudah, banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan dalam menentukan lokasi tersebut karena menyangkut biaya-biaya operasional perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi bahan pertimbangan PT Sung Chang Indonesia Cabang Kota Banjar dalam memilih lokasi pabrik saat ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dari informan yang telah ditentukan dan dilakukan secara terus menerus sampai datanya jenuh. Hasil rekaman data ditranskrip secara penuh. Data selanjutnya dikelompokkan menurut kategori. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa faktor yang menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam memilih lokasi usaha PT Sung Chang Indonesia Cabang Kota Banjar yaitu; 1) ketersediaan tenaga kerja, 2) ketersediaan tenaga listrik, 3) fasilitas pengangkutan, 4) pelayanan kesehatan, keamanan, dan pencegahan kebakaran, 5) peraturan pemerintah setempat, 6) sikap masyarakat, 7) biaya tanah dan bangunan, 8) Kemungkinan perluasan. Faktor-faktor yang tidak terlalu diperhatikan dalam menentukan lokasi usaha bagi PT Sung Chang Indonesia yaitu; 1) letak pasar, 2) letak bahan baku, 3) fasilitas perumahan, pendidikan, perbelanjaan, dan telekomunikasi, 4) luas tempat parkir, 5) saluran pembuangan, 6) lebar jalan.
