Abstract

Masing-masing bagian tidak berdiri sendiri terlepas satu dan lain, tetapi saling terkait. Arti pentingnya adalah bahwa setiap bagian terletak pada ikatan sistem, dalam kesatuan dan hubungannya yang sistematis dengan peraturan-peraturan hukum lainnya. Sistem hukum adalah kesatuan hukum yang terdiri atas bagian-bagian hukum sebagai unsur pendunkung. Masing-masing bagian atau unsur tersebut saling berhubungan dan bersifat fungsional, resiprokal (timbal-balik), pengaruh-mempengaruhi, dan saling ketergantungan (independen).
