Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan dimoderasi profesionalisme pada PT PELINDO IV Makassar I. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT PELINDO IV Makassar I. Sebanyak 164 karyawan, sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 62 responden menggunakan simple random sampling.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai beta sebesar 0,475 dan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 dan profesionalisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai beta sebesar 0,520 dan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 sedangkan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimoderasi oleh profesionalisme dengan nilai beta sebesar 0,516 dan tingkat signifikan 0,099 < 0,05.
