Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh mutu pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada toko salsa shoes.Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang berbelanja pada toko salsa shoes. Metode pengambilan sample menggunakan nonprobality sampling dengan teknik boring sampling yaitu apabila populasi lebih kecil atau kurang dari 100 maka semua populasi bisa dijadikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang di bagikan kepada konsumen dan langsung diisi oleh responden. Metodeanalisis data yang digunakanadalahmetodestatistikdeskriptifsecarakuantitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan ujiregresi linier sederhana, pengujianhipotesisadalahuji t danujikoefesiendeterminasi (R2) sedangkanpengolahan data menggunakan program statistik SPSS. Hasilpenelitianinimenunjukkanbahwaterdapatpengaruhsignifikankualitaspelayananterhadapkepuasanpelangganpadatoko salsa shoes, dibuktikandarinilai t hitungsebesar 24.750 dengansignifikan<0,05, dankoefesien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,915
