Abstract

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan korelasiona sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis statistik dengan menggunakan Regresi Berganda. Dari hasil analisis dan pengujian regresi berganda dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh tidak signifikan Struktur Modal dan Earning Per Share terhadap Deviden Pay Out Ratio (DPR) pada PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Periode 2000-2010 baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian PT Indosat Tbk sebaiknya dapat menekan utang jangka panjang setiap tahun dan mampu meningkatkan equity-nya sehingga struktur modal perusahaan dapat diturunkan, karena dengan semakin meningkatnya struktur modal akan mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan dan berimplikasi pada keputusan investasi. Diupayakan EPS perusahaan ditingkatkan setiap tahunnya, karena mencerminkan kinerja perusahaan dalam perolehan laba untuk setiap lembar saham. Untuk meningkatkan EPS tentunya dipengaruhi oleh tingkat permintaan dan penawaran akan saham perusahaan yang bersangkutan, sehingga perlunya strategi perusahaan untuk tetap mempertahankan atau meningkatkan harga sahamnya setiap periode.
