Pengaruh Promosi Terhadap Peningkatan Kunjungan Wisatawan Di Museum Simalungun Pematang Siantar

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a promotion effect on increasing tourist visits in the Museum Simalungun Pematang Siantar. The population in this study were tourists who visited the Museum Simalungun in the period January 2016 - December 2016. Sampling method using random sampling as many as 89 people respondents. These trial data were analyzed by partial test (t test) and determination (R2) test. While processing data using program SPSS 20. Step show positive promotion to increase tourist visit at Simalungun Museum Pematang Siantar. While the ability of promotion explain the increase of tourist visit is equal to 77,6% While the rest is explained by other variables not included in this research model.
