Pengaruh Kualias Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Pada Bmt Amanah Ray Unit Deli Tua

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada BMT Amanah Ray Unit Deli Tua. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 83 orang nasabah BMT Amanah Ray Unit Deli Tua, pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling yaitu penentuan sampel yang memberikan kesempatan yang sama pada setiap anggota populasi untuk dijadikan sampel. Analisis data menggunakan uji Regresi linear sederhana, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji parsial (uji t), sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 20.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari uji koefisien determinasi (R2) variabel kualitas pelayanan mampu menjelaskan keberadaannya terhadap variabel kepuasan Nasabah, selain itu secara parsial variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah.
