Abstract

Perkembangan usaha yang semakin menjamur dan dukungan Teknologi Informasi, menginspirasi untuk selalu melakukan usaha usaha kreatif strategis demi eksisnya suatu usaha. Tika Juice merupakan usaha dalam penjualan berbagai minuman juice buah dengan aneka produk minuman juice yang selalu berinovasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi bisnis Tika juice fresh and Healthy agar mampu bertahan dan bersaing dengan kegiatan usaha yang sejenis. Dengan menggunakan Analisis SWOT maka diketahui faktor Strengths, Weaknesess, Opportunities dan Threats. Faktor internal yang menjadi kekuatan antara lain harga bersaing, full inovation, quarantee satisfaction, sedangkan kelemahan yang dimiliki adalah controlling, shiffing officer dan loyal honesty. Faktor Eksternal yang menjadi kesempatan adalah : fresh healthy drink, low risk, negara tropis, sedangkan ancaman yang timbul adalah adanya kompetitor, musin hujan dan kelangkaan buah segar.
