Abstract

Induk organisasi mahasiswa di PSDKU Universitas Airlangga di Banyuwangi adalah Keluarga Mahasiswa atau disebut KM PSDKU Universitas Airlangga di Banyuwangi. Keluarga Mahasiswa menjadi pusat keorganisasian mahasiswa yang melakukan tugas untuk memberikan konsultasi, rekomendasi serta perantara pemecahan masalah melalui sistem musyawarah. KM PSDKU Universitas Airlangga di Banyuwangi merupakan organisasi yang baru berdiri pada tahun 2014. Organisasi yang baru berdiri ini rentan terhadap error salah satunya adanya dalam bidang keuangan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan ERP pengelolaan keuangan organisasi Keluarga Mahasiswa PSDKU Banyuwangi untuk sistem informasi yang terintegrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan cara mengumpulkan, menyajikan dan menganalisa data dan tidak merubah data asli sehingga dapat dipertanggungjawabkan keabsahanya. Penelitian ini berdasar aspek perencanaan strategis system informasi yang dikemukakan oleh Ward dan Peppard (2002) bahwa terdapat 2 masukan yang digunakan dari 4 masukan pendekatan Ward dan Peppard, yaitu lingkungan organisasi dan lingkungan internal sistem informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder yang diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode triangulasi data. Desain penelitian dalam studi kasus dalam menjawab rumusan masalah yang menjadi fokus penelitian menggunakan sembilan prosedur Cresswell dan miller yang berjudul Determining validity in qualitative inqury. Penelitian ini menghasilkan desain sistem ERP yang akan digunakan untuk mengelola keuangan organisasi mahasiswa, sehingga menunjang tercapainya transparansi dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan organisasi mahasiswa.
