Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Tingkat Pengangguran Di Provinsi Lampung

Abstract

Pengangguran terjadi akibat orang yang sedang mencari pekerjaan, baik sebelumnya orang tersebut pernah bekerja atau baru pertama kali mencari pekerjaan, termasuk dalam orang yang tidak mencari pekerjaan karena pesimis.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh Jumlah Penduduk, Upah Minimum Regional, dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia terhadap Pengangguran di Provinsi Lampung. Objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penyebab dari pengangguran yang ada di Provinsi Lampung dengan mengambil data 12 kabupaten dan 2 kota dari tahun 2009-2015. Data yang diperoleh dari berbagai instansi seperti BPS dan sumber yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Alat analisis yang digunakan dengan menggunakan metode data panel. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa, Jumlah Penduduk dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pengangguran terbuka di Provinsi Lampung. Sedangkan Upah minimum tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengangguran terbuka di Provinsi Lampung.
