Analisis Sistem Pembiayaan Mudharabah Pada Kspps Bmt Amanah Ray Unit Sutrisno

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem pembiayaan mudharabah pada BMT Amanah Ray Medan. Penelitian ini dilakukan merupakan aktivitas untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kebenaran secara ilmiah. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi dokumentasi, yang dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan dan mempelajari dokumen-dokumen resmi perusahaan. Berdasarkan perbandingan yang penulis lakukan merujuk kepada fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional dapat diketahui bahwa proyek yang telah dijalankan tidak melanggar syariat islam. Hal ini sudah sesuai dengan fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional No. 07/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 “Dimana mudharib berhak mengelola dana yang diterima dari bank tanpa campur tangan shahibul maal”. Pembagian bagi hasil pada pembiayaan mudharabah ditentukan berdasarkan keuntungan yang diperoleh oleh mudharib dalam bentuk presentase. Hal ini sudah sesuai dengan fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional No. 07/DSN-MUI/IV/2000. Semua kerugian yang terjadi dalam proyek karena unsur ketidaksengajaan, lalai, menyalahi perjanjian ditanggung oleh shahibul maal. Hal ini sudah sesuai dengan fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional No. 07/DSN-MUI/IV/2000. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sistem Pembiayaan Mudharabah pada BMT Amanah Ray Medan dan sudah sesuai dengan fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional.
