Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Tingkat Pengangguran Di Sumatera Utara Tahun 2005 Sampai 2015

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat penggangguran di Sumatera Utara Tahun 2005-2015. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dari tahun 2005 ke 2015 (time series). Data yang diperoleh dari Inflasi dan PDRB Sumatera Utara sebagai variabel independen dan Tingkat pengangguran sebagai variabel dependen. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat inlasi dan PDRB berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Sumatera Utara. Oleh karena itu diiharapkan PEMDA Sumatera Utara terus meningkatkan dan menjaga kesetabilan pertumbuhan ekonomi.
