Abstract

Permasalahan yang dibahas adalah mengenai prosedur ISO 9001:2008 pada PT. Musim Mas bagaimana Penerapan ISO 9001:2008 yang ada di PT. Musim Mas. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan metode observasi, Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui setiap proses dan tahapan telah dilakukan sesuai aturan prosedur yang telah ditentukan terhadap sertifikasi ISO 9001:2008. Dalam Penerapan Pelaksanaan Sertifikasi ISO 9001:2008. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan sertifikasi ISO 9001:2008 pada PT. Musim Mas bisa dikatakan berjalan dengan baik dan lancar, hal ini dapat dilihat dari kemampuan karyawan dan Staff atau Manager dalam melaksanakan Penerapan Sertifikasi ISO 9001:2008 dan mampu melaksanakan Peraturan yang dibuat ISO 9001:2008 didalam Perusahaan yang dibutuhkan oleh pekerja PT Musim Mas. Meskipun masih terdapat kekurangan diantaranya kinerja karyawan. Ternyata masih ada karyawan yang tidak mengerti peraturan tersebut akibat masih ada karyawan yang belum mengikuti Training ISO 9001:2008. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Tinjauan Penerapan Sertifikasi ISO pada PT. Musim Mas meliputi Penerapan Sertifikasi ISO 9001: 2008, tujuan Sertifikasi ISO 9001:2008 Manfaat ISO 9001:2008, dan Syarat- Syarat ISO 9001:2008 Kendala yang ada yaitu antara harapan dan kenyataan terdapat pada faktor kepemimpinan. Oleh karena itu peneliti menyarankan agar faktor terhadap peningkatan pembuatan keputusan berdasarkan fakta sebagai yang utama untuk meningkatkan mutu perusahaan dan kinerja perusahaan
