Abstract

تنطوي عملية تقييم مقالة علمية على تحديد نقاط القوة والضعف في تلك المقالة، وعلى مدى التناسق بين مختلف أجزائها، والقيمة التي يمكن أن تضفيها على المعرفة العلمية. وتتطلب هذه الوظيفة الإلمام بالمنهج العلمي العام وحقل الاختصاص وطريقة كتابة المقالة العلمية. وتتحسن قدرة المحكم العلمي على التقييم مع التمرين والقراءة والكتابة العلمية المتواصلة. في هذه المقالة، سنتطرق إلى بعض النقاط الأساسية والمعايير التي تؤخذ بعين الاعتبار عند تقييم المقالات العلمية بشكل موضوعي وبناء، علماً أن هناك نزعة قوية الآن نحو النشر المباشر من خلال خوادم ما قبل الطباعة والتقييم العلمي بعد النشر وليس قبله وهو المبدأ الذي نسير عليه ونطبقه في الأرشيف العربي العلمي، لما له من ميزات كثيرة ومفيدة بخلاف التقييم قبل النشر
