Abstract

تتميز وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بكثير من المزايا والعيوب وقد فتحت الباب واسعاً أمام أولئك الذين لا يجرؤون في الحياة الواقعية على التصرف بشكل سيء أو إضرار الآخرين قولاً أو فعلاً، إما خجلاً أو خوفاً من عقوبة أو قانون، فيجدون في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي متنفساً لهم يفرغون فيه ضغائنهم وبواطنهم، حيث لا رقيب ولا حسيب إلا وعي الإنسان نفسه، ومدى فهمه للعلاقات الإنسانية مع الآخر، خاصة في ظل غياب أي وازع أخلاقي أو قانوني يردعه عن البذاءة والفحش والإساءة إلى الآخرين على صفحات الإنترنت
