Abstract

المعرفة العلمية هي إحدى أهم دعائم الاكتفاء الذاتي بأوجهه المختلفة، الصحية، والغذائية، والاقتصادية، من خلال بناء مصانع ومزارع ومنشآت علمية جادة وموثوقة، مُكرّسة لدراسة وفهم الأمراض المستعصية، والمشاكل الطبية والبيئية والزراعية والتقنية، وإيجاد حلول ناجعة لها بأقصر الأوقات وأقل التكاليف. نحو هذه الغاية، أقترح إنشاء "المعهد العربي للطب" و/أو ("المركز العربي للبحوث العلمية" أو "المركز العربي للعلوم")، في إحدى المدن العربية، على أن يكون لهما فروع في مختلف البلدان العربية، وتزويدهما بالموارد اللازمة والتجهيزات التي تمكنهما من رفع مستوى الوعي العلمي عربياً، والمساهمة في رفد الجهود الإنسانية في إيجاد حلول للأمراض المزمنة، العُضال، والمشاكل العالقة التي تعاني منها البشرية حالياً ومستقبلاً
