Lázeňský cestovní ruch v ČR a ve vybraných státech Evropy

Abstract

Cestovní ruch představuje odvětví s vysokým potenciálem růstu. Patří k jedněm z největších oborů podnikatelské činnosti na světě a v mnoha regionech bývá jediným a zároveň největším zdrojem investic a pracovních míst. Dle výkladového slovníku cestovního ruchu představuje zdravotní cestovní ruch formu cestovního ruchu, který směřuje především do lázní nebo rekreačních center, u níž hlavní motivací účasti je zlepšování zdravotního stavu návštěvníků, a to nejčastěji pomocí kombinace zdravotní terapie a zdravotních služeb, pobytu v prostředí s léčebnými účinky (podnebí, moře, koupele, léčivé prameny aj.), změny životosprávy, tělesného cvičení, diety a relaxačních programů ajLázně jsou historicky vždy spojeny s existencí přírodního léčivého zdroje – minerální vody, peloidů (rašeliny, slatiny či bahna), léčivých plynů či klimatu. Dle ISPA (International Spa Organization, Mezinárodní organizace lázní) dnešní lázně navazují na tradiční léčebné lázně, založené na minerálních a termálních pramenech, které jsou v současnosti doplněny o moderní lázeňská zařízení, které jsou určeny jak pro relaxaci, odstranění bolesti i obnovu fyzických a duševních sil. Cílem příspěvku je zhodnotit lázeňský cestovní ruch v ČR a ve vybraných státech Evropy.
