Abstract

Ce document a été préparé par Sigma, à la demande du Ministère de l'intérieur de la République Tchèque, afin de servir de document de travail comparatif de base pour la préparation d'une nouvelle politique et réglementation en matière de conflit d'intérêts dans le secteur public tchèque. Etant donné son caractère généraliste, le présent document peut également être utile à d'autres pays réalisant des réformes spécifiques dans le domaine des conflits d'intérêts et des réformes plus générales liées aux politiques et aux instruments de lutte contre la corruption.
