L’enseignement des compétences relationnelles : Données issues des salles de classe pour orienter les politiques

Abstract

Les compétences relationnelles, telles que la communication claire, l'empathie, la coopération et la gestion des conflits, sont essentielles pour l'engagement des élèves dans l'apprentissage et pour créer des interactions positives en classe. Ces compétences ont une influence sur le climat de la classe, les relations entre pairs et la capacité des enseignants à se concentrer sur l'enseignement plutôt que sur la gestion du comportement. Cette note utilise une tâche basée sur un scénario tiré de l'enquête internationale sur l'enseignement et l'apprentissage (TALIS) 2024 pour examiner comment les enseignants réagissent aux défis relationnels en classe, en se concentrant sur les stratégies qu'ils déclarent utiliser dans la pratique et sur la manière dont ces approches sont liées aux caractéristiques et à la préparation des enseignants.
