Comment les jeunes diplômés s’intègrent-ils sur le marché du travail ?

Abstract

Le passage des études supérieures au marché du travail s’accompagne de nombreuses incertitudes et changements entre cursus, emplois et secteurs d’activité. Or, les grands bouleversements à l’oeuvre sur le marché du travail ne feront qu’accentuer cette incertitude – d’où l’impératif pour les diplômés de s’y préparer. Les diplômés aux trajectoires professionnelles plus dynamiques sont en outre plus susceptibles d’inclure des compétences interpersonnelles dans leur profil professionnel. Ce constat vient confirmer la nécessité pour les établissements d’enseignement supérieur de poursuivre leurs efforts afin de permettre à leurs diplômés d’acquérir un ensemble complet de compétences, notamment techniques, mais aussi interpersonnelles.
