Salaire des enseignants : Evolution et position par rapport aux revenus du travail d’autres actifs occupés diplômés de l’enseignement tertiaire

Abstract

Entre 2005 et 2014, le salaire statutaire des enseignants a diminué en valeur réelle dans un tiers des pays et économies disposant de données. Le salaire des enseignants augmente en général avec le niveau d’enseignement. L’écart salarial entre les enseignants du deuxième cycle du secondaire et ceux des autres niveaux d’enseignement s’est toutefois réduit entre 2005 et 2014. En moyenne, dans les pays de l’OCDE, le salaire effectif des enseignants du préprimaire, du primaire et du secondaire était en 2014 inférieur de 11 % à 25 % aux revenus du travail d’autres actifs occupés diplômés de l’enseignement tertiaire.
