Vivier mondial de talents : Quelles évolutions (2013, 2030) ?

Abstract

Dans les pays de l’OCDE et du G20, le nombre de jeunes diplômés de l’enseignement tertiaire (âgés de 25 à 34 ans) a augmenté de près de 45 % au cours des dix dernières années – une croissance qui devrait se poursuivre à l’horizon 2030. Dans l’hypothèse du maintien des tendances actuelles, la contribution des pays de l’OCDE au vivier mondial de talents continuera de diminuer jusqu’en 2030. D’ici 2030, la Chine et l’Inde devraient fournir plus de 60 % de la main-d’oeuvre des pays du G20 diplômée en sciences, technologie, ingénierie et mathématiques.
