Abstract

Comme beaucoup d’autres, la province de l’Alberta dans l’ouest canadien cherche de nouveaux moyens rentables et créatifs de livrer des infrastructures scolaires qui répondent aux besoins pédagogiques du XXIe siècle. Des solutions sont trouvées par le biais d’arrangements de financement et de fourniture alternatifs et grâce à des approches innovantes permettant de créer des installations scolaires flexibles...
