Les partenariats d'affaire public-privé au Québec

Abstract

Depuis quelque temps au Québec (Canada), une proposition est mise en avant par le Secrétariat du Conseil du trésor (SCT) du gouvernement pour solutionner le besoin de rénovation de parcs immobiliers publics : les partenariats d'affaire public-privé (PAPP). Selon le SCT, cette solution s'impose comme la solution offrant le meilleur rapport qualité-prix pour résoudre les problèmes de résorption du déficit d'entretien et du déficit fonctionnel des parcs immobiliers publics, comme ceux des bâtiments scolaires.
