La sécurité scolaire en France

Abstract

Les pouvoirs publics français ont créé en 1995 un Observatoire national de la sécurité des établissements scolaires et d'enseignement supérieur qui associe les collectivités propriétaires des bâtiments scolaires, les représentants des personnels et des parents d'élèves du public et du privé sous contrat ainsi que différents ministères concernés. Il est chargé de suivre toutes les questions touchant à la sécurité des personnes, des bâtiments et des équipements : solidité des bâtiments et risque incendie, étude et prévention des accidents, équipements technologiques et scientifiques, risques majeurs.
