Le centre numérique multifonctionnel : Un concept pour les pays en développement dans la nouvelle ère électronique

Abstract

L’enseignement supérieur doit faire face à de multiples problèmes à l’aube du nouveau millénaire, et ces problèmes sont particulièrement aigus dans les pays en développement, où il doit poursuivre sa croissance alors que le financement de l’État diminue et que les défis paraissent de plus en plus difficiles à relever dans le domaine de la technologie, de l’accès et du maintien de la qualité. L’idée du « centre numérique multifonctionnel » (CNM) est une solution remarquable pour certains des problèmes que rencontre l’enseignement supérieur dans les pays en développement, et elle peut aussi intéresser les nations industrialisées.
