Cet article fournit un bref aperçu des nouvelles règles pour les contrats de performance énergétique dans le milieu des commissions scolaires de la Province de Québec. Il aborde les sujets suivants : le parc immobilier du réseau des commissions scolaires ; la performance énergétique des commissions scolaires ; la réglementation en ce qui a trait à l’octroi de contrats de construction ; les nouvelles règles d’octroi de contrats de performance énergétique dans le réseau de l’éducation.
