Coopération lors de la conception de mesures correctives en matière de concurrence

Abstract

Alors que la complexité et l’échelle des marchés ne cessent de croître, des approches davantage fondées sur la coopération pour concevoir les mesures correctives peuvent améliorer l’efficacité de l’action des autorités de la concurrence et empêcher les résultats incohérents. Ce document analyse la conception des mesures correctives pour l’application du droit de la concurrence, en mettant l’accent sur la valeur de la coopération entre autorités de la concurrence et autres parties prenantes des secteurs public et privé. Il introduit le concept de mesures correctives, présente les principales définitions et les grands principes, et examine en quoi la collaboration peut accroître l’efficacité des mesures correctives. Il étudie également l’architecture de la coopération, ainsi que les défis qu’elle pose.
