L’Afrique atlantique : un levier stratégique pour le développement continental - Dynamiques géoéconomiques, intégration régionale et connectivité logistique

Abstract

Le développement de l’Afrique repose sur la mobilisation de leviers catalyseurs capables d’accélérer la dynamique de croissance avec des retombées élargies au bénéfice des populations africaines. Les transitions numérique, énergétique et démographique constituent autant de défis majeurs, mais elles présentent parallèlement de nouvelles opportunités de transformation pour le continent. Dans ce contexte, l’Afrique atlantique apparaît comme un espace stratégique et prometteur, grâce à la richesse et à la diversité de ses ressources naturelles, à son positionnement géographique et à l’intérêt croissant qu’elle suscite auprès de divers acteurs internationaux. L’enjeu central est de déterminer comment cet espace peut jouer un rôle de moteur de transformation en tirant parti de ces transitions et en tenant compte des dynamiques économiques au sein du bassin atlantique, des stratégies d’intégration régionale des pays riverains, ainsi que des enjeux sécuritaires et géoéconomiques.
