El papel de la motivaci¢n intr¡nseca sobre la transmisi¢n de conocimiento y su efecto sobre la eficiencia. El caso de una organizaci¢n sin fines de lucro



Las entidades sin fines de lucro necesitan que sus trabajadores sean din micos en la transmisi¢n de conocimiento para ser eficientes. La motivaci¢n intr¡nseca puede ayudar a la transmisi¢n de conocimiento teniendo en cuenta que en este tipo de organizaciones se convierte en un complemento imprescindible de la motivaci¢n extr¡nseca. Los resultados de esta investigaci¢n, realizada sobre una entidad de acci¢n social y tomando como unidad de an lisis a sus trabajadores, muestran que la transmisi¢n del conocimiento se potencia a trav‚s de la motivaci¢n intr¡nseca y tiene repercusiones sobre la eficiencia de la organizaci¢n de forma coadyuvante con la motivaci¢n extr¡nseca.
