Los Rasgos Psicol¢gicos del Emprendedor y la Continuidad del Proyecto Empresarial: Un Estudio Emp¡rico de Emprendedores Brasile¤os

En el presente estudio tratamos de desvelar los elementos de la personalidad de los emprendedores que les convierte en individuos con una capacidad superior de observar y explotar las oportunidades del mercado con ‚xito. En concreto, observamos las caracter¡sticas psicol¢gicas y de los proyectos empresariales de una muestra de emprendedores brasile¤os que desarrollaron un programa de capacitaci¢n emprendedora en el periodo 1997-2005. Los resultados obtenidos a partir de un an lisis de regresi¢n log¡stica nos permiten afirmar que la continuidad de un proyecto y, por ende, el ‚xito de un proyecto empresarial est determinado por sus caracter¡sticas personales, en particular por su esp¡ritu innovador y creativo, as¡ como por su capacidad de auto-evaluaci¢n.
